Stacy Parris, Executive Director

Mrs. Parris is a devoted wife, proud mother of five, and loving grandmother to Banks. She also embraces her role as a godmother to two and a beloved aunt to many. Beyond her family, she is a passionate affordable housing professional dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others each day.

Her vision for the Fort Payne Housing Authority and the broader community is to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment, both internally within the agency and externally throughout the community.

Committed to advocacy, compassion, and trust, she strives to build authentic relationships with those she serves in the Fort Payne area.

Mrs. Parris is a graduate of NAHRO's inaugural LEAD Cohort and is currently enrolled in the PHADA Executive Director Education Program.

She is actively engaged in community and professional organizations, including:

• AAHRA Board of Directors (newly appointed)
• SERC-NAHRO Rental Assistance Committee
• SERC-NAHRO Emerging Leaders
• PHADA Scholarship Committee

Through her leadership and service, Mrs. Parris remains committed to advancing affordable housing initiatives, strengthening community relationships, and creating meaningful opportunities for the residents of Fort Payne.
